This curious piece was catalogued as a 'Flemish copy?', however it is now thought to be a Tower piece, as it has Tower letter punches. It is also clearly a struck coin and in places it is double struck in the legends.
The curious 'NCITRE' and 'RECM ABI' over-stamps, appear presently to have no meaning.
